About Me
I am a driven Web Developer born in Lisbon, Portugal, in March 1986. From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by technology’s ability to transform ideas into impactful solutions. Growing up, I found myself tinkering with computers and learning new coding languages, which ultimately fueled my passion for creating meaningful digital experiences.
Between 2010 and 2018, I lived in the UK, working with Amazon UK (Contractor - DSP) where I rose from being a driver to a manager. Later, in the United States, I joined FedEx Ground and took on similar responsibilities—starting as a driver and moving into management. These experiences taught me the value of persistence, leadership, and collaboration.
Today, I’m based in the state of Wisconsin, U.S. and currently working as a Web Developer for Riverbend Rentals & Property Management. Additionally, I’m the CEO and Founder of Nice Perks, LLC, where I channel my passion for innovation into building products that empower individuals and businesses to reach their full potential. My skill set includes PHP/Laravel, CSS, HTML with the Bootstrap framework, and JavaScript/jQuery. I’m also currently exploring React Native to further expand my capabilities in mobile development.
Beyond technology and business, I’m also pursuing my lifelong dream of becoming a private pilot. From flight simulators in my childhood to studying for my commercial license, aviation has always been a source of excitement and personal growth. Cars and motorsport also rank high among my passions, reflecting my love for all things fast and adventurous.
I am married and a proud father of a boy.
Whether I’m writing code, leading a team, or preparing for a flight practice, I’m guided by a desire to learn, explore, and inspire others to aim higher.
